Australia is becoming a leader in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on developing and manufacturing the next generation of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, particularly for cancer treatment, and producing short-lived radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography (PET) scans.
This session brings together some key radiopharmaceuticals manufacturers from industry and research with the aim of positioning Australia as a world-leader in the field of radiopharmaceutical manufacture and innovation.
