In the world of life sciences, policy shifts are no longer gradual—they are abrupt, consequential, and already impacting the global life sciences ecosystem.
As the biopharma community faces unprecedented shifts in trade policy, many markets are moving to align local industrial policies, incentives and partnerships with industry, to intentionally support the growth of their local ecosystems aligned to sovereign needs and future supply chains.
This session gathers international experts and industry leaders to discuss the impact of recent global policy shifts to the Australian ecosystem and the implications of new industrial and trade policies on Australia’s ability to attract investment and grow more life sciences companies on shore. Panellists will also explore potential for opportunities in the short-term including policies or collaborations Australia may want to accelerate now to better protect the future of its life sciences sector.
Attendees will gain critical insights into evolving international landscapes and foresight into potential future policy developments.
