Cancellation Policy All cancellation requests must be made in writing to AusBiotech at events@ausbiotech.org 1. Cancellations made before Monday 6 February 2017 will receive a refund, less a 80% administration fee. 2. Cancellations made after Monday 6 February 2017 will not receive a refund. 3. No refunds will be issued until after the event. 4. Substituting names will be accepted prior to Wednesday 15 March, after this date a $20 fee will apply. Registration is valid for the named attendee only. Substituting a delegate from the same organisation is welcome as long as AusBiotech is notified by email events@ausbiotech.org before Wednesday 15 March Other Information 1. Payment of registration fees must be made online via the 'Register Here' link. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard and Amex. A 3% credit card surcharge will apply to all Amex payments. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD). All pricing is inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST 10%) and is subject to change without notice. 2. An individual wishing to attend under a corporate membership must be a current employee of their organisation and listed within the corporate membership as a corporate nominee. If your membership is not valid for 2017/2018 membership year your registration will automatically revert to a non-membership rate. AusBiotech Ltd cannot accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons, partner, or attendant caregivers), if such loss is caused or results from the act default or omission of any person other than an employee or agent of AusBiotech Ltd. In particular, AusBiotech Ltd cannot accept liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by venue companies or transport operators. Nor can AusBiotech Ltd accept liability for losses suffered by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the NSW Women in Life Sciences Lunch 2017.
