AusBiotech is excited to launch BiotechPitch, a virtual pitching series enabling access to capital, expertise, and education to grow our industry. While our borders are closed, this new platform will profile Australian companies to investors internationally, and feature expert industry speakers and commentators offering capital insights and market updates.

The BiotechPitch series will be scheduled over the coming months, and we invite you to express your interest as a corporate member of AusBiotech. Each BiotechPitch will highlight innovative companies in an industry sub-sector, such as regenerative medicine (including cell therapies and immunotherapy), digital health, and diagnostics, and will feature up to five investment opportunities.

Expert speakers will share the virtual stage, providing insights on current investment trends, including sourcing capital, preparing for capital raising, understanding the priorities of investors, and the challenges and opportunities in the COVID-19 era. BiotechPitch will be targeted to local and international investors, and is also open to the broader and interested biotech community.

While there is a limited number of presentations available in this first BiotechPitch series of 2021, we aim to continue as an ongoing opportunity, to showcase as many member companies as possible.

Further opportunities for company presentations will soon be released for Australia Biotech Invest & Partnering, AusBiotech's leading one-day investment conference  to be held the week of 25-29 October 2021, delivered through a predominantly virtual format, with some face-to-face components as restrictions allow.

AusBiotech is pleased to offer this opportunity to our corporate members as a free-of-charge benefit, in recognition of your ongoing support. Private and ASX-listed companies that are current financial corporate members of AusBiotech are eligible to present.
 
To be considered in the initial event, please complete the expression of interest form linked below by COB Friday 14 May 2021. 

• Companies must be AusBiotech corporate members and registered in Australia;
• Companies need to be developing or have developed therapeutics and/or technology in either the biotech or medtech space;
• Information included in the application process and presented on the day should be non-confidential; 
• Submissions from each State will be considered to ensure representation across Australia. AusBiotech is committed to diversity and inclusion, and actively incorporates its principles into event programmes.

The information will be used to evaluate your company for a participation, and will be used on the AusBiotech website and in promotional materials distributed to investors and other registered attendees prior to the webinar.

Once received, expressions of interest will be reviewed by the appointed Advisory Group.
