In today’s medtech landscape, commercial traction is no longer a downstream milestone—it is central to investment decisions from the earliest stages. Investors are increasingly prioritising companies that can demonstrate a credible path to adoption, reimbursement, and revenue, not just technical or clinical success.
This session explores how the relationship between commercial execution and capital raising has evolved. Panellists will discuss how expectations differ across stages and sectors, what “investor relevance” looks like in practice, and how founders can better integrate commercial thinking into their strategy from day one.
Through real-world examples, the discussion will highlight how companies that align product, market, and capital strategy are better positioned to secure funding and scale successfully.
