This session will explore alternative strategies for startups in the Medtech sector that don’t necessarily require a traditional "go-to-market" approach. Instead of focusing solely on direct market entry, the session will highlight effective pathways such as strategic partnerships and acquisitions to bring innovative products and solutions to patients and healthcare systems.
Panellists will discuss how startups can leverage partnerships with established industry players, regulatory bodies, and research organisations to accelerate their product launches. These collaborations can provide access to resources, expertise, and customer networks that are difficult to build independently.
Additionally, the session will explore how acquisitions can offer a quicker route to market, with larger companies bringing in new technologies, scaling operations, and driving product adoption.
